This beautiful 2 bedroom condo, with dramatic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, is located between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay, in beautiful Akumal, Mexico. An easy one-hour drive south of the Cancun airport will get you to one of the world's most beautiful vacation locations with an enchanting view. We are located between Playa del Carmen to the North, and Talum to our South.

Condo A-1 is on the ground floor and features a fabulous pool, overlooking the Carribean. This newly decorated, two bedroom spacious condo is ideal for one or two couples, or a family of 4-6. It features:

• master bedroom with AC, a king size bed, and a full private bath
• second bedroom with AC and a king size bed and second full bathroom
• living room (with a convertable sofas and a fold-out futon couch)
• dining area that seats 6 and opens out to the terraza close to the pool
• kitchen with service for 8, a microwave, refrigerator, large toaster oven, and cooking utensils. Purified water is provided in the kitchen.
• outdoor dining table on patio, along with two hamacas to hang inside or out
• satellite TV, with VCR, DVD and CD player plus a small movie library
• linens, soap and towels provided.
• home cooked meals featuring local specialities can be prepared for you by arrangement with the caretakers.
• daily maid service (except on Sundays)
• portable crib, high chair, stroller, hair dryer, iron and board, extra pillows, and beach towels are available request.
• full laundry in the basement (shared with other condos)
• parking available, pets are not allowed, smoking out-doors only.

Our condo is ideal for two couples, or a family with 2-5 children.
